Thai style chicken-filled egg rolls. Wrap them in leaf lettuce with mint and cilantro.

Crispy and filled with carrots, napa cabbage celery and green onions.

Sugarcane Chicken

Minced chicken meatballs skewered on sugarcane. Served with cilantro, mint, cucumber, and rice vermicelli. Wrap it all in cool lettuce and dip in peanut sauce.
